Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece medium white onion, sliced
- 1 piece red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 piece cucumber, deseeded and cut into chunks
- 2 pieces green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 piece tomato, cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, ketchup, and sugar to make the sweet and sour sauce. Set aside.

In another bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water to make a slurry. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add prawns and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they start to turn pink.

Add red bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, tomato, and pineapple. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until vegetables are just tender.

Pour in the sweet and sour sauce and toss everything to coat evenly.

Add the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously for 1 minute until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
